Yesterday was Palm Sunday! A day to sing Praise to the King of Kings. I hope you did.

Palm Sunday
Today we begin the what many people call the “Passion Week”
Why, was Jesus so honored as he walked in to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday? Was it only words? Jesus was about to give up his life the final chapter of His life. Why? Jesus gave his life for us that our story may begin!
Did you ever wonder why they honored Jesus? Yet, only a few days later they crucified him?
Jesus, was honored on Palm Sunday as a political leader who would overthrow the Roman government, not as the Savior, or the Messiah prophesied so many years earlier.
They threw their palm branches and cloaks on the ground and they waved palm branches to honor him. Mark 11:9-10 they honored Jesus!
“Hosanna Hosanna Hosanna to the king blessed is he who comes in the name of our Lord! Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David! Hosanna Hosanna in the highest!”
Hosanna means -Save us now!
Did you ever wonder why they honored Jesus yet, only a few days later they crucified him?
