Today, has become a terrible time of fear, a time of unrest, Distrust has become our favorite friend, in addition, a time of insecurity, a time of questioning what is happening. “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will REST in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust! I will not fear the coronavirus. I do not need 19 packages of toilet paper! 5 gallons of milk to sour in my frig!

Yet, I will be wise! I will be wise! I will be at peace so I can rest! I will wash my hands 20 seconds, I will eat healthy food, I will avoid stress foods like sugary treats and chips! I will drink lots of water!
